Die Wohnung ist eine 1,5 Zimmer Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Ihr werdet nur unter euch Nachbarn haben. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Die restlichen Wohnparteien im Haus sind alles WGs.
Es gibt im Treppenhaus einen Bereich, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Waschraum für eure Waschmaschine.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro inklusive Wasser, Warmwasser, Heizkosten und Strom. Ihr braucht dann nur noch einen Internetanschluss, falls gewünscht.
Die Kaution wird wohl 2 Monatskaltmieten betragen.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man ist innerhalb 3 Minuten am Kursaalpark oder am Solebad und der Neckar mit einer schönen Promenade ist nur ca. 50m entfernt. Dort kann man wunderbar Joggen, Spazieren, Fahrradfahren, etc.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Kursaal" ist ebenfalls nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
