Hallo.
Ich suche zum 1.05. oder 15.5. einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und hell. Der Balkon hat den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Mit der U2 oder U9 (2 Gehminuten entfernt) ist man in 15min im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bank, Bäckerei, Apotheke etc.) und Parkplätze gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug - vor 6 Monaten- teilrenoviert, hat aber keine Einbauküche.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Bretterverschlag im Keller, ca. 10m2. Fahrradabstellplatz und Waschraum gibt es auch. Eine eigene Waschmaschine kann in der Wohnung installiert werden oder man benutzt die gemeinschaftliche Wasschmaschine und Trockner im Haus (funktioniert mit Münzen).
