Da ich länger als geplant in Berlin weile, vermiete ich ab März bis Mitte Juni meine schöne, helle, komplett möblierte Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung in Stuttgart Degerloch.
Es erwarten dich 30qm mit separater Küche und einem großen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Parkett. Küche und Badezimmer wurden vor 3 Jahren komplett neu eingebaut und die ganze Wohnung wurde renoviert.
Internet momentan leider nur per Surfstick.
Gute Bus- und U-Bahn-Anbindung (5 min zur U-Bahn-Station, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür), ruhige Lage und Nachbarn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür und nur 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.
Meldet Euch einfach mit einem kurzen Infotext zu eurer Person und wir können uns gerne kurzschließen.
Da ich nun nicht in der Gegend um Stuttgart bin, muss man einfach sehen, wie das klappt - ob die Wohnung angeschaut werden kann oder wie wir das handeln.
