Die Wohnung ist gut 30qm groß und schön hell. Eine stilvolle braun- und cremefarbene Küche ist für 350 Euro abzulösen. In der Küche kann man gemütlich sitzen und die großen Fenster machen den Raum verandaartig. Ausblick hat man auf den teilweise überdachten Hinterhof, der sich bestens zum grillen eignet. Dort kann man auch gut Fahrräder abstellen, zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet ein Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung wurde 2005 komplett saniert wobei die typischen Altbauelemente größtenteils erhielten blieben. Im Bad befindet sich ein Waschmaschinenanschluß. Die Verkehrsanbindubg ist optimal: die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Gehmin entfernt und mit dem 42-er Bus erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof und Schloßplatz in knapp 10 min.
