Meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung (in Stuttgart Hofen) mit zirka 35 Quadratmeter wird von Anfang Februar bis September 2015 frei, da ich ins
Ausland gehe. Für diesen Zeitraum möchte ich daher gerne untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert
(siehe Bild) und hat alles was man zum Leben benötigt. Eine kleine Einbauküche ist ebenfalls vorhanden und im Keller gibt es einen geräumigen Abstellplatz.
Alles im Überblick:
- U-Bahn in 6 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
- 3 Minuten mit der U-bahn zum KFC, McDonalds, McFit, Kaufland, Tankstelle, Netto.
- Innerhalb von 19 Min. in der Stadtmitte (Fahren im 10 Min. Takt).
- Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bank, Apotheke und ein Cafe.
- Eine Straße weiter gibt es direkt einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt.
- Balkon ist auch am Start.
- Möbel, Geschirr etc. vorhanden.
