I subrent my studio till the end of September.
It has great view of airport and the green. In the studio, there is quite useful kitchen and very new bathroom. The whardrope, bed, table and chair is included. there are also two small shelves. It is in the second floor and very silent on the south side of the block.
The new tenant should be registered student.!!!!!!
The training field, soccer fields and tennis courts are just in front of garden. It is just 7 min to Uni Hohenheim and 10 min to Plieningen where u can find shops, post office etc. Very quite but also very dynamic party place. The bus stop is two mins far from the place.

The rent is what I pay already and the deposit is also the same amoount.
For the next tenant, I wish happy memories in that place (Haha, that is very Turkish style greeting :D :D )
