ab Juli suche ich eine nette Untermieterin (Studentin oÄ) in unserem Einfamilienhaus am Killesberg. Neben einer tollen Aussicht ist in der Einliegerwohnung von Bett, Bettzeug, Tisch, Stühlen und Schränken alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Eine Pantry-Küche zum selber kochen wirst du auch haben.
Wenn du Katzen und Kinder magst - und interessiert an der hübschen Wohnung bist, melde dich gerne!

Der Killesberg ist ein ruhiges Stadtviertel, das mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aber gut an die Innenstadt angebunden ist. Aus deinem Zimmer kannst du direkt auf die Terrasse gehen, oder in den Garten, den du auch mitbenutzen darfst. Der Kräherwald und der Killesberg sind zum Joggen direkt um die Ecke und ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Im Haus wohnen eine Mama, zwei Kinder und zwei Katzen. Vielleicht hast du ja sogar mal Lust, auf die Kinder aufzupassen/Babyzusitten? In jedem Fall wäre es gut, wenn dich ein trubeliges Familienumfeld nicht stört.
