Ich werde Mitte Juli bis Mitte Oktober in Berlin sein und suche deshalb eine Zwischenmieterin für meine kleine 1 1/2 Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung. Wie gesagt ist alles nicht sehr groß, aber dafür hat man Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer getrennt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ziemlich normal mit Bett, Tisch, Schrank usw. doch ich habe keinen Fernseher... damit man sich nicht wundert. Internet teile ich mit meinen Nachbarn, da gab es aber auch nie Probleme.
Die Wohnung liegt bei der U-Bahnhaltestelle Dobelstraße. Von dort hat man verschiedene U-Bahnlinien in alle Himmelsrichtungen, außerdem kann man auch gut zu verschiedenen Buslinien am Olgaeck laufen (oder gleich in die Stadt). Verkehrstechnisch nicht zu toppen, aber deshalb muss man auch einen gewissen Geräuschpegel in Kauf nehmen, wenn man die Fenster offen hat. Die Wohnung ist also nichts für Ruheliebhaber.
Ich habe vor gut einem Jahr aufgehört zu rauchen und freue mich sehr, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr nach Rauch riecht und ich noch nicht rückfällig geworden bin. Das sollte beides auch so bleiben. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus, in dem es sonst nur WGs gibt. Die sind alle sehr nett und man fühlt sich so auch nicht so allein.
