Hi everyone:)
I am subletting my light and cosy room for 1 month. It is a single furnitured apartment in a student dorm.
The room has a shower & toilet, however, the kitchen is to be shared with the other floor mates. The price includes water, electricity and cable internet. So there are no extra costs charged. You can move in first days of August.
Due to the fact that I am not yet sure if I move back to Stuttgart in September or October, there is a high chance the room will also be free for September as well.
The location is just perfect! It is only 3 mins walking distance from the U-bahn station Neckartor and two stops from Central Railway station, there is a beautiful park in front of the house and food shopping is within walking distance.
