I am subletting my beautiful flat to a lucky person.
It has two spacious rooms, plus a small bathroom. The built-in kitchen is in the living room (hence it counts as a 1.5 room flat).
Both main rooms are very bright, getting sun for most of the afternoon and evening, and facing a garden (so from the flat you only see trees).
The sleeping room has a big balcony, with a little window opening directly on the kitchen, which is very convenient when having breakfast or lunch on the balcony.
Final rent including heating, electricity, gas, internet and furnishing: 800€
The initial contract will go from early October till Mid January. It could be possible to prolongate it.
The location is fantastic - just behind the Staatsgalerie, 3 minutes walk from bus and tube stations, 10 minutes walk from the train station.
While the street itself is very calm, there are lots of nice shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
The main downside is the proximity of Stuttgart 21, as it sometimes gets noisy during working hours when the windows are open. When the windows are closed, you won't hear anything as they have triple isolation. There is a system to provide with fresh air even when the windows are closed.
