Ich gebe hiermit meine geliebte 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab, da ich mit meinen 2 besten Freunden zusammenziehe. Die Wohnung bietet einem alles was man braucht, und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Auch von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit, die Musik kann also gern mal aufgedreht werden. Ich lasse dir gegen eine Ablöse gerne das Sofa, eine hochwertige Bosch Waschmaschine, Kommode, Kleiderschrank und sonstige Dinge da die brauchst.
Eine Terasse kann gerne mitbenutzt werden!
Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine Top Lage!
Zu Fuß bist du in 7/8 Minuten am Rotebühl Platz und in 12 Minuten am Schlossplatz, Rathaus & Dobelstraße sind jeweils 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Rewe & Waschsalon sind direkt die Treppe runter um die Ecke (1-2 min. Zu Fuß)
Die Wohnung ist bis zum 01.04 bezugsbereit, da ich auch schnellstmöglich in die neue Wohnung ziehe, wäre wichtig dass das bei dir Klappt.
