Location
A very big and tidy room is available from the 10th of July till the 1st of September. The room can be rented only by students. There are 5 more rooms with international students living on the same floor who are very friendly and quite. The room is very comfortable and fully furnished. Especially, students who need to study will find that place perfect because there is no parties on the floor. However, If you need parties, it is always possible to make friends from other floors and arrange something. It is the only matter of time and someone's desire;)
P.S. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is also a cleaning schedule, meaning that everyone has to tide up when it is his/her turn. The kitchen is big and you will have your own cupboard for your things therein. Moreover, there are two showers and toilets.
The location is perfect as it is very close to Vahingen and not far away from the city center (every 3-5 minutes U-Bahn goes from the station Mohringen). The price for renting the room is 300 euros + official contract with the student house where the room will be sublet.
