Hi Everyone,
We are leaving our lovely furnished apartment with a rare and incredible skyline view over Stuttgart. It is centrally located being just a 10 min walk from the main train station (hauptbahnhof) and a 5 min walk from the Milaneo and the Stadtbibliothek. The studio is about 50m2 and has a large balcony great for hosting friends during the summer months. The apartment building has an elevator as well as a large and lockable basement for storage needs.
The rent is 1015€ cold with roughly 100-150€ additional costs with the electricity, fast & reliable internet and gas for heating.
The only condition that we have is to take over our lease is to buy the furniture with it. This includes the washing machine and AC unit for the hotter days during the summer. A year ago we fully furnished the apartment for a budget of 3500€ which we would sell to you today for 1750€ on move in day. That includes everything you can see on the pictures (a detailed list can be sent via private messages).
