Ihr Lieben,
ich biete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Stuttgart zur Übernahme an.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Neckarstraße, U-Bahn-Station SWR/Metzstraße und nur eine Minute vom Schlossgarten entfernt. Die Neckarstr. würd ich als Stuttgarts kiezigste Gegend mit Restaurants, Bars, Spätis, Shisha-Läden und Barber-Shops beschreiben... :)
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, kleine Einbauküche (separates Zimmer), Badewanne, Kellerabteil, Parkplatz. Einige Sachen (kleine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.) können nach Absprache gern übernommen werden. Bilder kommen noch!
Mein Mietvertrag endet Ende April, ich kann der Hausverwaltung aber eine*n Nachmieter*in vorschlagen. Weil ich schon etwas früher ausziehe (vermutlich in der ersten Arpilwoche), würde ich gern eine Person empfehlen, die schon Anfang/Mitte April einziehen möchte.
