The location of the apartment is top! Since the house is in the backyard, the noise of the road is not to be heard.
A railway station is about 2min walk away and you are in 10min in downtown or at the train station.
The castle park or Villa Berg are also within walking distance and you are also in the green area.

Shops, mail, snack shops are also reachable every 10-15 min walk.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Da das Haus sich im Hinterhof befindet, ist der Lärm der Straße nicht zu hören.
Eine Bahnstation ist ca. 2min zu Fuß entfernt und man ist in 10min in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof.
Der Schlosspark oder Villa Berg sind auch fußläufig in der Nähe und man ist auch somit schnell im Grünen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Imbissläden sind auch alle 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I'm renting the apartment because I'm on my way at that time.
If someone nuke the complete period can or if someone needs an apartment, just need to be communicated then we already find a solution :)

In the rent indicated, there are really ALL costs covered and nothing more.

I feel very comfortable in the apartment and hope you can feel just as comfortable.

Fall jemand nucht den kompletten Zeitraum kann oder könger eine Wohnung braucht, muss einfach kommuniziert werdenbznd dann finden wir schon eine Lösung :)

In der angegebenen Miete sind wirklich ALLE Kosten abgedeckt und fällt auch nichts mehr an.

Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung und hoffe, dass du dich genauso wohl fühlen kannst.
