Da ich aus Stuttgart wegziehe, wird meine kleine schöne helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung voraussichtlich ab 15.12.2012 frei. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche, ist vor ca. 2,5 Jahren neu eingerichtet sowie neu renoviert worden, und ist derzeit vollmöbliert.
Die Lage ist direkt am Ostendplatz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür: 4 verschiedene Bäcker, REWE, Norma, Penny Markt, Aldi, dm Markt, Apotheke, alle Ärzte.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 3 min Minuten erreichbar:
-Linie 56 Richtung Bad Cannstatt 10min
-Linie 42 Richtung Hauptbahnhof 7 min
-Linie 42 Richtung Schlossplatz 15 min
-U4 Richtung Charlottenplatz, Rathaus 7 min
-U4 Richtung Untertürkheim
-U9 Richtung Hauptbahnhof 10 min
Eine Taxifahrt kostet ca. 10 EUR vom Hauptbahnhof, Nachtbus vom Schlossplatz oder 20 min Fußweg vom Schlossplatz. Außerdem liegen das Leo-Vetter-Bad und ein Fitness-Studio direkt um die Ecke.
Da die Möbel zum Teil sehr neu sind und ich die meisten Möbel nicht mitnehmen werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter, der möglichst viel davon übernimmt:

-Bett (160 x 200 cm) mit Lattenrost ohne Matratze

-Tisch mit einer Sitzbank und zwei Stühlen inkl. Sitzkissen und Tischlampe
-Offener Schuhregal
-Waschmaschine
-Badregal mit Hocker
Übernahmepreis 1500,- EUR (verhandelbar, wurde vor ca. 1,5 Jahren für 2000,- EUR übernommen).
