Da ich im August im Urlaub bin, möchte ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Du hast eine eigene kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Gerade im August könnte es manchmal sehr warm werden, da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, aber dafür kann man problemlos die Fenster öffnen weil die Lage sehr ruhig ist.
Innerhalb von zwei Minuten ist man bei der Bushaltestelle Schwabenbergstraße. Zu Rewe, Penny und U-bahn brauchst du auch bloß 5 Minuten. Zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man mit dem Bus auch nur 5 Minuten. Wer laufen möchte ist in 15 Minuten unten.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine mit Markeneinwurf.
Schreib mir kurz wer du bist, was du machst und ob du evtl auch kürzer Zwischenmieten willst.
