ZWISCHENMIETE - KEINE PÄRCHEN - NICHTRAUCHER - KEINE HAUSTIERE!!
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 01.12.2019 bis 31.01.2020. Ich ziehe bereits am 01.12.2019 aus, weshalb die Wohnung nur teilmöbliert ist. Sie hat eine kleine Küche mit zwei Herdplatten und einem transportablen Ofen sowie einen Kühlschrank. Daneben wird ein Schrank, ein Sofa (ausklappbar) sowie zwei Regale und evtl eine Kommode vorhanden sein. Alles andere müsste mitgebracht werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Stuttgart Ost mit Blickrichtung Wald im Dachgeschoss. Die Haltestelle für die U-Bahn liegt in 7min Entfernung zu Fuß. Von dort aus kommt man in ca 10-15min in die Stadtmitte/an den HBF und von dort aus eigentlich überall hin, wo man hinmuss. In die andere Richtung ist Untertürkheim schnell erreichbar.
Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die Wohnung wird mit Nachtspeicheröfen geheizt.
