I am offering for rent the ONE-ROOM FLAT in the student dormitory for August and September, since I would like to return at home to Czech Republic for holidays. I have been here studying Economics at Uni Hohenheim.
The flat is very comfy, it has OWN SMALL KITCHEN and BATHROOM! It is FULLY FURNISHED with the bed, two shelves, table and chairs. It has also nice big window.
Upon arrival you'd receive it totally CLEAN, I can also leave you some POTS, PLATES etc. if you want :)
The rent is just 270EUR WARM! (included all energies and internet. The refundable Kaution is 200EUR.
The flat is in very calm and nice location!
University Hohenheim can be reached in 5 minutes by walking, bus stop is 10 minutes by walking. Areal of Bosch is close too, behind the Uni Hohenheim.
City centre is 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus and tube - but it seems very fast, believe me :)
Good shopping possibilities - Penny, bakery shop, Cafeteria, Kebap & Pizzeria, Edeka are very close too.
No other tenants because it is a single flat. Neighbors are CALM and FRIENDLY :)
Because this flat is owned by Student service (Studierendenwerk Thübingen-Hohenheim), the only condition is that you have to be a STUDENT of some University/doing LANGUAGE COURSE or doing INTERNSHIP in order to rent this flat.
