Hallo, da ich mit dem Studium fertig bin suche ich ab 17.12.2019 einen/e Nachmieter/in. Es handelt es sich um eine 1,5-Zimmerwohnung in Plieningen. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Uni Hohenheim erreicht man in 7 min mit dem Bus oder 15 min zu Fuß. Auch sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung beträgt ca. 30 m² (genaue Zahl steht nicht im Vertrag)
Die Möbel müssen für 400 Euro übernommen werden: 140m Bett, 1 Schrank, 1 Regal mit Schubladen , 1 Sofa, 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Küchentisch, 1 Küchenwaagen, 1 Spiegel, 1 Waschbeckenunterschrank, 2 Stühle, Waschmaschine (ca. 1 Jahr alt).
Alle Möbel sind im sehr guten Zustand.
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 350 Euro. Strom und Internet sind separat.
