Sehr schöne lichtdurchflutete Wohnung an der Karlshöhe mit Blick über den Süden Stuttgarts. Ein großer Raum mit Kochnische und separaten Bad, sowie kleinem Flur. In Summe sind es ca. 29qm mit einer Raumhöhe von 2,9m. Für die Lage ist die Wohnung ein Schnäppchen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Hohenzollernstr. und ist somit fussläufig zum Marienplatz. Nahverkehrsanbindung ist durch Buslinien (5min 42/43) geben, ebenso erreicht man die U-Bahn in 10min am Marienplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Marienplatz oder in der Schwabstraße.
Ich würde die Wohnung zum Dez abgeben, leider ist keine vollwertige Küche vorhanden, lediglich ein Provisorium aus Arbeitsplatte mit Spüle und Unterschränken und einem kleinen Stehtisch mit Hockern.
Diese Elemente müssten jedoch übernommen werden.
