Extreme Ruhe in zentraler Halbhöhenlage: Perle des Südens

Hidden Sous-terrain flat with majestic garden sourrounding. Every window is green. leaving the terrasse door you look downhill - downtown Stuttgart. Birds are singing. No traffic sound, since we live in the cul-the-sac. Majestic setting, up-hill - 7 mins to the bus taking 8 mins to City Centre. The house itself is a four story house, rentor Corinne living under the roof. Pears and Black currant are free of charge in season... enjoy the silence whilst closest to the city and 15 mins by car from the airport. Corinne is happy to welcome you, speaks English and French fluently. You have a basic, but equipped separate Kitchen with Cattle, 2 electric heating plates, Fridge and freezer "shelf", separate Bathroom with Bath, Shower (in bath), toilet. The main living room is basic but friendly and clean, with table & chairs and a doublebed 140 x 200. I myself love that flat hence I only rent it short term. It is a magic place. WLAN. Terasse furniture. No smoking inside.

You will have silence and green whilst being close to the heart of the city (10 mins by bike) - and being able to run from the house in the extended Degerloch forest (12 mins uphill and you are in it).

The "Lehenviertel" is at your foot. With fancy boutiques, cafes and lovely restaurant. I am happy to advice you during your stay. Marienplatz with all shopping facilities is a 15 mins walk.

You can use my waching machine against a small fee.
