Durch die Lage der Wohnung ist sie ideal für dich, wenn du gerne draußen in der Natur bist, spazieren, wandern, joggen oder Rad fahren willst, und trotzdem schnell in die Innenstadt kommen willst. Die Wohnung befindet sich über dem zum Weingut gehörenden Nebenau, der hauptsächlich zur Material- und Weinlagerung dient. Der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist darum sehr einfach und rustikal (schlichte Holztreppe). Die sehr hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Vermieter der Wohnung wohnen direkt gegenüber der Wohnung im Haupthaus.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle Aspen entfernt, der Bus Nr. 61 fährt drei Mal die Stunde zur S/U-Bahn-Haltestelle Untertürkheim. Von dort aus bestehen sehr gute Verbindungen Richtung Stuttgart (Hbf: 10 Minuten) oder Esslingen (ebenfalls 10 Minuten). Man kann von der Wohnung auch zu Fuß nach Untertürkheim laufen (etwa 15 Minuten), allerdings muss man bei dem Rückweg einen Hügel hochlaufen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Untertürkheim (Bäckereien, Apotheken, CAP Markt und Kaufland etc.) vorhanden.

The staircase to the apartment is therefore very simple and rustic (simple wooden staircase). The very helpful and uncomplicated landlords of the apartment live directly opposite the apartment in the main house.
The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Aspen bus stop, bus no. 61 runs three times an hour to the Untertürkheim suburban train stop (U-Bahn and S-Bahn). From there, there are very good connections to Stuttgart (main station: 10 minutes) or Esslingen (also 10 minutes). You can also walk from the apartment to Untertürkheim (about 15 minutes), but you have to walk up a hill on the way back.
Shopping facilities are available in Untertürkheim (bakeries, pharmacies, CAP market and Kaufland etc.).

Für die Zeit der Untermiete werde ich dir den großen Kleiderschrank frei räumen und auch sonst in Bad und Küche Platz schaffen, allerdings werde ich nicht sämtliche Regale/ Kommoden leer räumen können. Zudem gibt es einen Garderobenschrank vor der Wohnung. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Hauptgebäude gegenüber von der Wohnung. Gelegentlich wird der Hof vor dem Balkon für Weinproben o.ä. Veranstaltung genutzt. Man hört dann zwar die Gäste, aber abends kehrt früh Ruhe ein. Die angegebene Quadratmeteranzahl von 40 qm ist lediglich geschätzt, wegen Dachschrägen ist die exakte Größe schwer anzugeben.
