It's the student dormitory, the rental (including gas, electricity and water) is 247, you get 5 days of January free since I already paid for it. The room is fully furnished, you just need to move in and start living :) There is one table, one chair, one single bed, a sink, a storage room to keep your clothes and luggage. The bedroom is single, but one floor shares one kitchen, one toilet with 2 cubicles and 1 bathroom with 2 showers.
You need to give the housemaster 300 euros deposit and get it back when you check out.
Allmandring I is part of studentenwerk, located in Universitat Stuttgart. My room is at block 18C, very near the laundry area (18D) and trash disposal. You can walk 5 to 7 minutes from the room to Universitat Station (S bahn), or 10 minutes to Schranne bus stop to go to Vaihingen.
The building is 3-5 mins away from the school.
There are some places to keep your bike around the building, we all share it.
