mein Appartement in Stuttgart-Vaihingen steht AB SOFORT zur Verfügung.
Zuerst einmal für 4 Monate, evtl. auch dann auf Dauer.
Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß, liegt im 2OG und ist komplett möbliert (siehe Fotos).
Wir haben im Haus einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (2,50€ pro Waschgang) und eine Dachterrasse. Ebenso findet ihr ausreichend Fahrradständer und Parkplätze vorm Gebäude.
Zur Bushaltestelle lauft ihr 2min. Mit dem Bus seid ihr in 5 min an der Schwabengalerie, wo ihr alles notwendige wie Kaufland, Aldi, dm usw findet. Freibad ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zum Vaihinger Bahnhof sind es 10min zu Fuß. Von dort aus seid ihr mit der S-Bahn in 13 min in Stuttgart Mitte.
Grundsätzlich ist es bei uns im Haus sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko: Zugverkehr vorm Fenster. Die Fenster sind aber super dicht. Wenn sie zu sind, hört man kaum etwas.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Zimmer geht nur an Nichtraucher - Sorry 🤷🏼♀️
