The Apartment consists of a small entrance room, a small bathroom with shower and a bigger room which contains a kitchen cell.
The room offers a bed, a big wardrobe with lot of storage place, a desk with an office chair, a dinner table with two chairs and the kitchen cell. The kitchen cell contains a small sink, two electric cooking plates and a fridge. The Linoleum floor with bright wood pattern and the white walls grant a friendly and fair atmosphere.
The window is modernized and heads to the backyard. As it’s in the east direction, a lot of light comes in throughout the day.
The bathroom has also a sink, a WC and the shower cell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Schwabstr. Mitten im belebten Stuttgart-West. Alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sind allesamt innerhalb 2 min Fußweg in der Umgebung. Die S-Bahnstation Schwabstraße ist ebenfalls 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Gleiches gilt für den Waschsalon. In der Nähe befinden sich auch allerlei Kneipen und Cafes, so dass man es nie weit hat. Bis zur Stadtmitte braucht man ca. 5 min mit der Bahn, 15 min zu Fuß.

The apartment is situated in Schwabstraße in the heart of vivid Stuttgart-West. All common everyday life stores can be reached by walk.
Various supermarkets are located within 2min walk. The S-Bahn Trainstation Schwabstraße is also just 2min away, where every single train line is serving. Same goes for the self-laundry service. Also a lot of bars and small cafes are strewed in the very nearby area. A walk to the city center takes 15min. Go by train will just need 5min.
