I am a responsible, considerate, clean and peaceful person who maintains her home as her sanctuary. I am looking for a one room or larger apartment to rent in or near Vaihingen or Boblingen. I am here working as an occupational therapist for children. I come from Chicago, USA and have a long record of renting apartments without any issues or missed payments. I am happy to provide references! I do have a small dog who is house trained and does not engage in property destruction. She is well behaved and adorable. I enjoy yoga, meditation, nature, cooking and traveling. I would love the opportunity to rent your apartment. I will be here in Germany for at least two years but am flexible in the rent agreement. I am available to move in starting now through April. I dont think I can get a SCHUFA (request now) rating bc I just moved here but happy to give a credit report!
