Well cultured, mannered and well travelled, Senior/PhD level University student looking for an apartment.

I am going back to the university after working and living across the globe. I will be starting this October 2018 at the University of Stuttgart. I am looking at a place for a longer term like 6 months or more. Please know that I worked for 10 years before and I am quite stable, so money is not a problem. Just in case if you are wondering if I can pay the rent every month.
