A six months rental of a furnished single room apartment, or a flat, or a shared flat with only female flatmates

Happy new year and I hope you are doing well.
This is Shaghayegh Shahcheraghi. I am a girl, studying Telecommunication Engineering in Polimi university in Milan. I am accepted in Nokia Bell Labs to do a 6 months internship as my Master thesis. So, I am moving to Stuttgart and I am looking for a place to live. I will start my internship on 1st March 2020. I am a very clean, friendly, quiet and flexible person.
I would like to stay in a single room apartment, a flat or a flat with only female flatmates.
I need to live in a clean and quiet place. I do not smoke, and I am looking for a place without any pets.
Most of the time, I will study when I am home, so I prefer to live in a quiet and friendly place.
I would be grateful if you could kindly tell me about the conditions and availability of your place. And I will be happy to answer to any questions you have.
