Die Wohnung ist 22 qm groß, hat ein Bad, eine Einbauküche, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch und Einbauschränke
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im EG und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. (2,50€ pro Waschgang, 1,80 Trockner)
Sie liegt direkt am Vahinger Bahnhof (ca. 8 min entfernt), Die Bushaltestellen sind ca. 3 min entfernt und die Busse fahren alle 10 min. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5 min zur Schwabengalerie (Aldi, Kaufland, DM, ….). Auch zur Uni Stuttgart und zur HdM ist es nicht weit entfernt. (Ca. 12min mit dem Fahrrad und 10 min mit dem Bus).
Hallo,
ich bin Valerie und ziehe aus meinem kleinen 1 Zimmer Apartment aus, da ich mit Freunden ab dem 01.06 in eine WG ziehe. Da die Kündigungsfrist bei 3 Monaten liegt, suche ich entweder eine Zwischenmiete bis zum 31.07 oder eine Nachmiete. Ich zahle zur zeit 583€, mit dem Zwischenmieter bzw. Nachmieter muss noch geklärt werden, ob die Miete erhöht wird.
