Hallo :) ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in (keine Zwischenmiete!) für meine schöne Studentenwohnung.
Sie hat einen Balkon mit ruhiger Aussicht auf Bäume, durch das riesige Fenster und den Holzboden ist sie super hell. Der weiße Schrank ist mit eingebaut, ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert.
Das Bad und die Küche sind beide in modernem Zustand, man hat alles was man braucht.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Waschraum und vor dem Haus genügend Parkplätze.
Die Lage ist für Studenten top. In 10 Minuten ist man zum Campus 1 gelaufen, zum Campus 2 sind es höchstens 5 Minuten. Wasgau, dm und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 Minuten entfernt.
Andere Studentenwohnheime und eine große Wiese mit Volleyballplatz, Skatepark und mehr sind in der Nähe, man ist also mitten im Geschehen.
Mit dem Bus sind es in die Stadt ungefähr 20 Minuten. Die Verbindung ist sehr gut, tagsüber kommen die Busse viertelstündig und fahren bis spät in die Nacht.
