Zur Einrichtung des Wohnraums gehören:
1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Bett mit Bettkasten, 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Bürostuhl, 1 Regal an der Wand, 1 Tischlampe, 1 Zimmerlampe, 1 Nachttisch auf Rollen, 1 Mülleimer.
Eine Internet-Flat und alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, ...) sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

I'm looking for a Subletter for my furnished 1-room apartment near Trier University.
The room is on the 1st floor, has its own bathroom, a small kitchen, a balcony and a living room.
The furnishings of the living room include:
1 wardrobe, 1 bed with storage box, 1 desk, 1 office chair, 1 shelf on the wall, 1 table lamp, 1 room lamp, 1 bedside table, 1 rubbish bin.
An internet flat rate and all additional costs (water, electricity, heating, ...) are included in the rent.
Move-in and move-out dates can be discussed!
In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Uni. Zum Aldi/Edeka/Dm kommt man zu Fuß in 7 Minuten.
Zur Innenstadt braucht man 20 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür, ab hier fahren die Buslinien 6, 81.
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz
Location: It takes 15 minutes to walk to uni and 7 minutes to walk to Aldi/Edeka/Dm. It takes 20 minutes to reach the city center by bus.
The bus stop is almost directly in front of the front door, from here the bus lines 6, 81 go.
There is a large free parking directly in front of the house.
