Hallo,
ich suche ab den 01. August eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung oder ein Zimmer-Apartment in Trier.
Ich bin berufstätig , nicht raucher und ein ordnungsliebender Mensch.
Kaltmiete von ca. 300 EUR monatlich (bzw. Warmmiete von ca. 400 EUR monatlich ) wäre optimal, wobei ich auch bereit bin höhere Preise zu zahlen.
