Hallo,
da ich die Uni wechsle,
muss ich meine wunderschöne Wohnung aufgeben.
Die Wohnung hat die Küche mit 4 Herdplatten,
Dusche und WC.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von der
neuen Aula, also sehr zentral.
Nur 2 Gehminuten zur Zentralbibliothek und
eine sehr gute Busverbindung vor der Tür.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist weniger als 3 Minuten
zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ansonsten lässt es sich hier ganz gut leben.
Man fährt am besten mit den Bussen 3, 4 (Richtung Waldhäuser-Ost) und
17 (Richtung Wanne) bis zur Haltestelle "Brunnstraße".
Die Wohnung ist ab 01.05.13 einzugsfrei.
Der Besichtigungstermin ist am 10.04. geplant.
Die Möbel (Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Bett usw.)
können auch nach Absprache abgelöst werden.
