Die Wohnung ist durch die Lage im 4. Stock hell und wirkt durch die Raumhöhe sehr großzügig. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Tübingen. Das Haus verfügt über Fahrradabstellplätze und Münzwaschmaschinen.
Die Wohnung wird in renoviertem, bezugsfertigen Zustand übernommen. Mietbeginn ist nach Vereinbarung zwischen 1. 04. und 1. 05. 2019.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Auto-Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage und ein Keller.
Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und wird durch einen Hausmeisterservice betreut.
