Internet and phone (35 Euros per month), 100 Euros for other costs (water, custodian, etc.), apartment is one open big room with beautiful wooden beams (Fachwerk from 1776) (bedroom cannot be locked or closed, as there is no door), apartment is centrally located in the Altstadt which means it's very convenient with many stores, cafes, bus lines and the campus (10-15 minute walk) close by.
I'm very sorry but only for 1 person and no smoking.
