Die ca. 20m² große Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Kochnische (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Spüle) und eigenem Bad ausgestattet.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert mit:
- 90cm Bett (ohne Matratze)
- Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch
- Spiegelkommode
- Esstisch + 2 Stühle
- Bücherregal
- Küchenschrank (auf dem Foto noch nicht vorhanden)
- Mikrowelle mit Backofen
WLAN wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
Im selben Stockwerk befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat für Studenten eine optimale Lage, da man direkt in der Innenstadt und in weniger als 5 Gehminuten an der Uni ist. Auch der alte botanische Garten liegt direkt vor der Haustüre, was besonders in den Frühjahrs- und Sommermonaten toll ist.
Das Nonnenhaus (mit Supermarkt, Schreibwarenladen, Apotheke, DM etc.) ist ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Da ich von Januar bis Juni für ein Auslandssemester in Oslo bin, suche ich für diese Zeit eine Untermieterin. Du kannst mir jederzeit schreiben, um einen Termin für eine Besichtigung zu vereinbaren.
