I am looking for the next tenant for a cozy single apartment in Lustnau from October 1st (move-in date might also be a few weeks/days earlier than this). It has got a nice living room with floor heating, and a terrace facing the inner court. It has an equipped kitchen with an oven and a dish washer.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub. The washing machine can be bought from the current tenant upon agreement.
There is also a storage room outside the apartment (still within the building), but also a little second storage room next to the terrace for storing gardening things.
The total rent currently is 545€ cold rent + 100€ ancillary costs + 40€ underground parking space (can be sublet upon agreement with the landlord).
Internet, electricity and radio fee is not included in the rent.
ch suche eine/en Nachmieter/-rin für eine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Lustnau ab 1. Oktober (der Einzugsdatum kann auch einige Wochen/Tage früher liegen). Es gibt ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Füßbodenheizung und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Es verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine kann nach Absprache vom aktuellen Mieterin übernommen werden.
Es gibt auch einen Abstellraum außerhalb der Wohnung (noch innerhalb des Gebäudes), aber auch einen kleinen zweiten Abstellraum neben der Terrasse zur Aufbewahrung von Gartenutensilien.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt derzeit 545 € Kaltmiete + 100 € Nebenkosten + 40 € Tiefgaragenstellplatz (kann nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter untervermietet werden).
Internet-, Strom- und GEZ sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.
The apartment is located on Wilhelmstraße. It is very close to the bus stop "Stuttgarter Straße", which you can get bus 1 and 7 which can take you to the train station in 7 minutes. You can also go to Stuttgart airport with bus 828/826/X82 from here within an hour. Supermarket (REWE), pharmacy, and a bakery can be found within a few minutes walk.
The university sport centre is also close by (1 bus stop away). A bouldering gym (B12) is also just 15 minutes away on foot.
If you are a nature lover, you can also walk to the hills from here within 20 min and have a nice view over the city. If you would like to drive outside the city, you can also go onto B28 quite easily.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Wilhelmstraße. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle „Stuttgarter Straße“, von der aus Sie mit den Buslinien 1 und 7 in 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof fahren. Von hier aus können Sie auch mit dem Bus 828/826/X82 innerhalb einer Stunde zum Flughafen Stuttgart fahren. Supermarkt (REWE), Apotheke und ein Bäcker sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Auch das Uni Sportzentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (1 Bushaltestelle entfernt). Eine Boulderhalle (B12) ist ebenfalls nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wenn Sie ein Naturliebhaber sind, können Sie von hier aus auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu den Hügeln laufen und einen schönen Blick über die Stadt genießen. Wenn Sie außerhalb der Stadt fahren möchten, können Sie auch ganz einfach auf die B28 fahren.
