This lovely fllat would be available from 01.12.2023 until March/April 2024 due to my work abroad.It is located on the WHO near Cybervalley Tübingen( 10 minutes walk). The flat consists of a big living room with bed and TV, a kitchen and a bath. Additionally there is a conservatory and a small balcony. The flat is in a special house complex which is featured with a lot of green and a stream going between the houses.
Shopping Center and Swimming Pool are 3 minutes walk away. An Organic store is around the corner. There are a few Bus stops( City Center 10/15 minutes away by bus ) to town two minutes walk. There are lovely walks to fields and forest nearby. Parking is at the street.
The flat is my own flat. It is not a hotel and there won't be any cleaning services.I am only interested to sublet to people who are prepared to be tidy all the time through and respectful to my flat. The house rules have to be followed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.. Additionally I would like to mention, that I expect reasonable heating. If You feel this could be a place to stay for a while, contact me please.
