Da ich beruflich Tübingen verlassen muss, ist die Wohnung ab dem 01.08. bezugsfrei (ohne Möbel!).
Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Vom Balkon aus sieht man ins Grüne. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Bei Interesse kann die Waschmaschine für 150€ übernommen werden (Firma Bauknecht). Sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich brauche sie aber nicht mehr, da in meiner neuen Wohnung schon eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist.
Zu der Wohnung gehören:
-Tiefgaragenstellplatz
- Kellerabteil
Am Eingang gibt es einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Es gibt einen Hausmeisterservice.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Man ist in 5 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
Supermarkt, Biomarkt, Bäcker und Apotheke in 1 min erreichbar, direkt unten im Nachbarhaus (erreichbar ohne das Haus zu verlassen).
Dort befindet sich auch direkt eine Bushaltstelle. Die Uniklinik ist direkt in der Nähe.
Eventuell ist die Wohnung schon vor dem 01.08. bezugsfrei.
