Hallo!
Ich bin eine zuverlässige Referendarin, 24, Nichtraucher und suche in Tübingen ab 1. Oktober 2011 eine 1-Zimmerwohnung. Wenn sie zufällig auch in Bahnhofsnähe liegt, wäre es super, ist aber kein Muss.
Ideal wäre auch, wenn bereits eine Einbauküche und eine Waschmaschine (ein Anschluss hierfür reicht aber auch) vorhanden wäre. Fast schon traumhaft wäre ein Balkon.
Die Wohnung sollte max. 400€ warm im Monat kosten.
