I am a Chinese scholar to University of Tuebingen, speaking English, no smoking and having no pets, 34 years old. I need a studio apartment or a room in WG not too far from University of Tuebingen (within 2 km or having convenient public transport) with the area of 13-30 m2. I wish the room provides furnitures, kitchen, heating system, TV, Internet, and washing machine with the total rent below or about 400 euros. I will rent the room for nine months from September 1st.
