A young software engineer is looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or a studio.

Hello!

My name is Ivan and I am moving to Tuebingen from Saint Petersburg, Russia to work as a software engineer at Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. I am looking for a single-bedroom apartment or a studio. I do not have any specific requirements except for a bicycle storage room or a space in the yard. I would prefer if it had a kitchen and at least a bed, but that is not required.

I am quiet. I don't have any pets. I don't smoke. I can't play any musical instruments, nor do I have a habit of singing in the shower. I don't really know anyone in Tuebingen, so I wouldn't expect any noisy parties in the apartment. I don't even watch TV. Also, it's very likely that most of the time I would be either at work or at the library working hard to finish writing up my PhD.

My girlfriend studies in Saarbrucken, so she might pay a way visit once every couple of weeks.
