Taiwanese Resident Fellow Need a 1 Room flats

I'm a calm, sincere and easygoing person. To be a short-term resident fellow, I love reseach many socail or judicial issues. In my leisure time, I will go outside to relax or take a short trips to understand Germany. I just bring books, thesis and necessary clothes so don't worry I may sabotage anything.

Requirements:
1. My stay time at University is about April 1 to September 30.
2. Own bathroom and toilet. Furnished. No kitchen is fine (I won't cook).
3. Maximum rent per month is 500 €. If there's a much cheaper price, I will be excited.
4. The room should be located in the area like attachment showed.
