PhD Student looking for a 1-Bed Flat

Hi, I'm Joe. I'm a second-year PhD student at the MPI Developmental Biology. I'm looking to move to small 1-person apartment (1-3 rooms) for longer term rent (for 2-3 years).

I need to move from my current accommodation within the next 6 months (before July '20), but am able to move in at relatively short notice as I currently live in Tuebingen and the notice period for my current flat is under 1 month. My preferred size of apartment is of at least 20qm, and maximum rent of €600-700.

I can speak some German (B1 proficiency), although I would prefer to be able to communicate with the landlord in English.
