Hi, I am a 25-year-old, male, and a new phd student moving in January. I am looking for a flat with 30-50 square meters. The rent should be in the range of 700-1400 euros/month. I will work in the north of the campus (Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems), and I hope the flat would be in 5km distance to my MPI office.
