a clean cozy and quite accommodation for long- term rent in Tuebingen

I am a single tidy person who are comming to Tuebingen as a Ph.D. researcher ( the job contract) in the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics. I am looking for a small appartments at affordable price for long-term rent.
I am from Iran and am learning German language but I am not good at that yet.
I consider myself an organized and quite tenant that keep your property just as the day I get the keys.
My spare time activities is Yoga, cycling and camping. I prefer a one room appartment near the Max planck ring at the quite and beautiful area.
