Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/eine Zwischenmieterin für meine schöne helle Einzimmerwohnung. Eventuell wird eine dauerhafte Miete im Anschluss möglich sein (aktuell noch unklar).
In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden: Möbel, Geschirr, Besteck etc. Die Küche hat einen Ofen mit Herdplatten und natürlich einen Kühlschrank, ebenso kleiner Gefrierschrank.
Tolle Lage mit Nähe zu Uni, Sportinstitut, Natur etc.
Die Mietübernahme müsste um den 20.09.23 +/- stattfinden.
Erzähl mir gern ein bisschen von dir, und stell gern Fragen, falls was offen ist.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in direkter Nähe zur Osterbergwiese und zur Unibibliothek. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 5 min in die Altstadt, zu Fuß 10 min.
