Hallo ihr Lieben,
Da ich für ein Forschungssemester mein Zimmer in Utrecht zwischenzeitlich abgeben muss wollte ich versuchen es hier zu vermitteln.
Das wichtigste zuerst: Das Zimmer kann leider nur an Studierende in Utrecht vergeben werden. Erasmusstudierende sind auch willkommen.
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Es ist möbliert, hat eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Durch zwei Fenster ist es super hell und guter Ort zum rumhängen.
Da es ein Cluster Apartment ist hast du noch 4 weitere Menschen mit denen du dir den Flur und eine weitere Küche teilst. Außderdem gibt es noch ganz viele Gemeinschaftsräume, ein Gym, einen Learning Space, viele Terassen und Waschräume in denen du deine Wäsche machen kannst.
Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller in dem du dein Fahrrad sicher abschließen kannst.
Das Apartment ist zwar von FIZZ aus möbeliert, aber alles andere (Kochkram, Geschirr, Besteck, Bettzeug) ist von mir. Wenn du magst würde ich Teile davon da lassen, dann hast du weniger was du mit nach Utrecht bringen musst.
Im Fizz sind die Menschen über eine Whatsappgruppe in Kontakt, der du beitreten kannst. Zudem gibt es eine Tauschgruppe für das Haus.

Since I have to give up my room in Utrecht for a research semester, I am trying to subled it.
First things first: Unfortunately, the room can only be given to students in Utrecht. Erasmus students are also welcome.
The room is small but nice. It is furnished, has a kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower.
Through two windows it is super bright and a good place to hang out.
Since it is a cluster apartment you have 4 other people with whom you share the hallway and another kitchen. At the Fizz are also many common rooms, a gym, a learning space, many terraces and laundry rooms where you can do your laundry.
Additionally, there is a bicycle storage room where you can safely lock your bike.
The apartment is furnished from FIZZ but everything else (cooking stuff, dishes, cutlery, bedding) is from me. If you like I would leave parts of it there, then you have less you have to bring to Utrecht.
At the FIZZ people are in contact via a whatsapp group that you can join if you like.
Das Haus liegt direkt neben einem Einkaufzentrum mit einem großen Albert Heijn. Zum Kanal sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, hier kannst du spazieren gehen. In die andere Richtung findest du ganz viele grüne Wiesen.
In die Innenstadt sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Hier ist acuh ein Teil der Uni.
Wenn du zum Sciencepark musst dauert das ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Du merkst, ein Rad ist gut zu haben. Aber da es ganz viele Radwege gibt ist es auch gar kein Stress. :D

The house is located next to a shopping center with a large Albert Heijn. It is about 10 minutes to the canal by foot, here you can go for a walk. In the other direction you will find many green meadows, very beautiful for a walk.
To the city center it is 10 minutes by bike. Here is also a part of the university.
If you have to go to the Sciencepark it takes about 20 minutes by bike.
By now you should've realized that it is good to have a bike. But since there are many bike paths, biking in Utrecht is very comfortable. :D
Das FIZZ und das Apartment sind das was du draus machst. Wenn du willst kannst du hier mit ganz vielen Menschen rumhängen, wenn nicht dann nicht. Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, deswegen möchte ich ja auch wieder zurück kommen. :)
Das mit dem Zurückkommen ist leider so ein Ding. Das FIZZ hat die Regel, dass es mit dir einen Vertrag abschließen möchte. Das ist zwar zum einen gut, da du dich dann in Utrecht registrieren kannst und somit einkommensunabhängiges Wohngeld beantragen kannst, zum anderen bedeutet das aber, dass ich aus dem Vertrag rausfalle.
Um das zum umgehen würde ich mich freuen mit dir einen extra Vertrag abzuschließen der festlegt, dass das Zimmer wieder an mich geht. Der Zeitpunkt dafür ist mir eigentlich egal, ob es der 01.02. oder der 15.02. ist können wir noch mal schauen. (Bei dem Einzug geht übrigens auch alles ab dem 15.06.22.)
Falls du Kram von mir hier behälst wäre noch eine Kaution schön, aber auch das können wir diskutieren.
Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass dir das Zimmer gefällt und du vielleicht Interesse hast. Wenn ja, melde dich gerne einfach über WG Gesucht und wir können schauen ob es passt.

The FIZZ and the apartment are what you make of it. If you want to,you can hang out here with a lot of people, if not then not. I liked it here very much, that's why I want to come back. :)
Unfortunately, coming back is oen of the reasons for the WG-Gesucht ad. The FIZZ has the rule that it wants to sign a contract with the person living here and does not allow me to make a subledding contract. On the one hand this is good, because then you can register in Utrecht and thus apply for income-independent housing allowance. But on the other hand it means that I fall out of the contract.
To get around this I would be happy to make an extra contract with you that states that the room goes back to me. The time for this is actually negotiable, whether it is the 01.02. or the 15.02. we can see what works best. (With the move-in, by the way, everything goes from 15.06.22, very flexible).
If you keep stuff from me here, a deposit would be nice, but we can also discuss.
