Hallo,
ich bin dualer Student und suche für die Zeit meiner zweiten Theoriephase eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schwenningen, möglihst nahe an der DHBW. Preislich bin ih relativ flexibel. Von der Wohnung würde ich mir einen Backofen und eventuell noch eine Mikrowelle erwarten. Internet und TV-Anschluss sollten natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Bin sehr ordentlich und habe auch nichts dagegen Untermieter zu sein.
